• Ensure proper execution of the client experience for emerging affluent and core affluent clients within the UBS Wealth Advice Center; the team serves over 300,000 clients with aggregate assets of approximately $20 Bn.
• Inspire and guide a team toward achieving shared goals through performance reviews and ongoing feedback.
• Coach and develop Financial Advisors in platform knowledge, research, tool usage, retirement planning, business‑excellence training, and solutions critical to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Be held accountable for driving and executing business initiatives that align with the WAC’s growth plan.
• Work with Senior Leadership and Financial Advisors to cultivate a high‑performance growth culture.

• Weehawken, Seattle, Paramus: salary range $120,000 to $160,000.

The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch located in Weehawken, NJ, and Charlotte, NC, committed to providing advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a consistently delivered hybrid digital client experience. Our team currently serves over 200,000 clients, worked through more than 300 professionals, including Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.

• A bachelor's degree.
• SIE, Series 7, 66, and 9/10 licenses.
• Ideally, 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing others or having worked in a similar position with proven success.
• A strong desire to build relationships and enhance an established culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and articulate thoughts in a clear and professional manner.
