  • Manage all aspects of the general ledger, payroll, and 401K administration.

We are looking for a self‑motivated leader who can prioritize, multi‑task, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

  • BS Degree in Accounting; a CPA license or MBA is preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction financial or general ledger accounting.
  • Proficiency in supervising payroll returns (W‑2s), IRS form 1099s, and sales/use tax returns.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and payroll information.
Benefits
  • Health benefits and 401K match.
Why Join Us?

From managing local and state licenses to supporting our subcontractor pre‑qualification process, your role will be diverse, challenging, and rewarding. If you are ready to move into a high‑impact role with a direct line to executive leadership, we want to hear from you.
