Starting Salary: $24.50 / hour and up.

They are the face of the branch, devoted to building lasting relationships by providing trusted advice.

• Provide personalized financial recommendations to customers based on their goals, such as planning for the future, buying a home, or opening a credit card.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile‑first banking solutions, including the app and ATMs.
• Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to address complex financial needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial check‑up appointments.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and state and local regulations.

• High School degree or GED.
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs, building relationships and recommending products.
• Proficiency in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and customer issue resolution.
• Team collaboration and relationship building with teammates, partners, and specialists.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and capable of multitasking.
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet all SAFE Act requirements, including pre‑employment screening and an NMLS identifier.
• Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the link; preparation details included.

• 1 year of cash‑handling experience.

• 40 hours per week.
