Starting Salary: $24.50 / hour and up.

Responsibilities- Provide personalized financial recommendations to customers based on their goals, such as planning for the future, buying a home, or opening a credit card.
- Introduce customers to digital and mobile‑first banking solutions, including the app and ATMs.
- Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to address complex financial needs.
- Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial check‑up appointments.
- Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and state and local regulations.
- Meaningful work & relationships – help customers with important financial decisions that impact their lives.
- Commitment to community – 4 hours of paid volunteer time annually and donation matching up to $1,000.

- High School degree or GED.
- At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs, building relationships and recommending products.
- Proficiency in using digital technology to support business goals.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and customer issue resolution.
- Team collaboration and relationship building with teammates, partners, and specialists.
- Self‑motivated, confident, and capable of multitasking.
- Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Meet all SAFE Act requirements, including pre‑employment screening and an NMLS identifier.
- Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the link; preparation details included.
- 1 year of cash‑handling experience.
- 40 hours per week.
- Work schedule varies by branch needs, may include weekends and evenings.
