We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as Head of Finance - Switzerland. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate reporting, driving performance through data-driven insights, and building a high-performing team within a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone structured and proactive, who can navigate complexity and deliver results. Join our team as soon as possible as Head of Finance – Switzerland (m/f/d).

• Extensive work experience in progressive finance roles, including within Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally in a fast-paced environment, such as a PE-backed buy-and-build company.
• Direct experience in the production or audit of financial statements.
  • A CPA qualification is considered an asset.
• A history of full ownership over financial activities and a decisive approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to create, present, and communicate business and financial analysis at the executive level.
• Proven experience recruiting and managing a team of at least two direct reports.
• Excellent German skills (Level C2) and very good English skills (Level B2 and above).

• Oversee consistent and efficient financial reporting: Deliver monthly and annual financial statements within tight deadlines, in accordance with local standards (Swiss OR) and Sanoptis Group principles. Onboard new entities, aligning processes and controls to Sanoptis standards.
• Define and communicate insights & actions
  :
  Synthesize results into salient points and proactively identify and investigate deviations in financial and operational performance.
• Develop and own business forecasts: Produce accurate bottom-up forecasts, aligned with Sanoptis’ financial targets and business strategy. Collaborate closely with local operations to understand dynamics and develop plans which address challenges & identify opportunities.
• Manage treasury and liquidity: Implement efficient structures to forecast and optimize cash balances across Swiss entities, working closely with Sanoptis’ Group Treasury team.
• Build a high-performing team & manage external stakeholders

  Manage a small in‑house team, comprising accounting and controlling. Build and oversee relationships with a range of collaborators, including external accountants, local operations teams, Sanoptis’ shareholding doctors, and banks.
