Responsibilities Include

• Formulating applications into the final closing package
• Follow-up on documents after closing
• Preparing the closed loan for shipment to the servicer/investor/government agencies
• Verify and input all accurate closing data

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of closing experience.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of TRID guidelines.
• Must be available to work in office (Trevose, PA)
• Must have extensive knowledge of real estate and regulations, appraisal guidelines and financial statements.
