The Administrative Assistant at The Kelley Financial Group will perform daily administrative and operational tasks with high attention to detail and will execute on the client service program.
The ideal candidate will have superior client service and technology skills, be able to take direction, prioritize activities, multi-task and operate under a tight timeline.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare new account and service paperwork efficiently and effectively to completion.
- Provide customer service both in person and over the phone to facilitate and resolve client service requests.
- Fulfill routine client service requests, resolve inquiries, and escalate cases when appropriate.
- Process client requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in client review meetings to ensure accurate notes reflect the discussions and take-away items.
- Coordinate with LPL Financial and other custodians and strategic partners on client account maintenance and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and execution of client service standards resulting in client retention and satisfaction.
- Perform office operations including answering phones, greeting clients and screening calls.
- Manage projects, vendors, partners, team players, etc., as needed Process client service requests with a high attention to detail including money movements, new accounts, and statements and records.
- College Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred.
- 2+ Years of experience in a client service environment, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Highly detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take complete and accurate notes and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Web Browsers.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
