Job Overview
Senior Global Tax Analyst ote/Hybrid. 3–5 years of tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred). Motivated and collaborative senior tax analyst to support a wide range of tax accounting and compliance. Learn about business and products through cross‑functional exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Perform core components of income tax compliance, including work papers, forms, and supporting documentation for corporate income tax returns, partnership returns, and foreign tax returns.
- Support quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax accounting and cash tax forecasting.
- Assist in preparation of a variety of tax products, including indirect tax, transfer pricing, fixed asset tax ledgers, tax credit work papers.
- Partner with in‑house tax subject matter experts and senior team members to understand how tax interacts with broader business.
- Identify opportunities to streamline work papers, improve data quality, and enhance process consistency.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and external advisors to build both tax and business context.
- Bachelor’s degree with five years of tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 or equivalent).
- Master’s degree with three years of public accounting experience.
- Solid foundational knowledge across domestic corporate income tax, tax accounting, and generalist tax concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex data sets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience structuring work papers and large datasets.
- Experience with Avalara tax software is a plus.
- Effective communicator with strong sense of ownership and long‑term development interest.
Competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. Salary range: $85,000 – $127,000.
