Thrive Wealth Management, LLC is an independent comprehensive financial planning firm.

We are a rapidly growing firm seeking a full time Financial Advisor responsible acquiring new clients and servicing their needs. The focus of the position is sales and servicing high net worth clients.

• Marketing/Selling yourself as a financial planning professional and the Thrive Story.
• Lead and organize the technical tasks and workflow for the iThrive Life Planning Process™
• Be part of a broader team all working together to build client loyalty through a “one team” approach.

• Be an extrovert comfortable selling yourself and Thrive Wealth.
• Have a proven sales track record.

• Must have a passion for client service.
  
  You enjoy talking with clients and are interested in getting to know them and helping them achieve their goals.
• Display well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to quickly engage and connect, actively listen, empathize, ask questions and respond in language that clients understand.
• Be a “Big Picture” thinker
• Bachelor degree with at least five years experience working in the financial services industry.
• Have already obtained or interested in obtaining the CFP® designation.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products is required. Familiarity with Redtail CRM, Orion, Money Guide Pro, and Kwanti preferred.
