Location Conshohocken, United States## About This Role Hamilton Lane, a recognized leader in private markets solutions with approximately $145.6B in discretionary assets under management and $859.8B in non-discretionary assets under management, is seeking a Portfolio Implementation and Oversight Analyst to join its Portfolio Management Group (PMG).The PMG is responsible for the end-to-end design, construction and management of Hamilton Lane's discretionary portfolios, from initial proposal through implementation, ongoing monitoring and eventual wind-down.
Sitting at the intersection of client solutions, investments and operations, PMG translates client objectives into actionable portfolio strategies, manages pacing and portfolio construction, and oversees the analytics, governance and processes that ensure portfolios remain aligned with client objectives, risk parameters and mandate constraints as they evolve.
The analyst will join the Portfolio Implementation & Oversight vertical, which serves as the operational and governance backbone of portfolio management—designing and refining frameworks, processes and controls that ensure portfolio decisions are implemented consistently, efficiently and in alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements and Hamilton Lane's fiduciary standards.
Key responsibilities include supporting end-to-end investment execution workflows across asset classes, monitoring portfolio mandates and guidelines in internal systems, preparing materials for audits and regulatory reviews, supporting key PMG technology products, maintaining standard operating procedures and controls, and building reporting and analytics in Excel and Power BI. The role contributes to continuous process improvement efforts across the private markets investment lifecycle.
