The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will join the Executive Leadership Team to manage the bank's financial health, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. You will direct accounting, treasury, and reporting while partnering with the CEO and Board to steer capital planning and profitability.
You will lead ALCO processes, oversee risk management, and drive performance dashboards, using core banking systems and data‑driven tools. A CPA or MBA and banking‑focused training are preferred.
