Pricing Intern

Location: Malvern

Certain Teed Corporation, Roofing Division, is looking for a talented pricing intern to join our Roofing Finance team in our North American headquarters, located in Malvern, PA.

** Job Summary*
* Calculate, document, analyze and process credits to customers as a result of programs established for:

** Invoice Verification*
* + Calculate customer credits to be processed from backup received from the distributors.

+ Investigate, analyze and resolve any and all differences between expected customer payout and the CT calculated payout including location differences, pricing differences and any other issues. This will include utilizing the following systems - Price Fx, SAP, Qlikview and Excel.

+ Resolution of differences will also involve working with the customers and Sales to resolve/document any differences and provide accurate backup to the customer to resolve timely.

+ Responsible for escalating unresolved disputes to management on a timely basis.

+ Work with the customers to ensure timely and detailed submissions to reduce disputes.

+ The goal is to reduce processing time and bring resolution within a 15-day period from the date of customer submission.

** Builder / Contractor Rebates*
* + Validate customer backup received to the original contract to calculate payout.

+ Investigate, analyze and resolve all differences between backup and contract.

+ Process Builder & Contractor submission requests for payout in a timely manner.

+ Responsible for escalating unresolved disputes to management on a timely basis.

** Ad Hoc Credit Requests*
* + Process ad hoc credits upon request while ensuring appropriate backup and approvals are received.

** Requirements**
- + Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or other related disciplines
- + Experience using SAP/Qlikview, Price Fx, and Excel (or other large ERP system) strongly preferred
- + Ability to handle and understand multiple IT platforms
