Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting, Corporate Finance
Position Overview
The Analyst, Finance & Strategy is a high-impact role that will help shape Ready®’s next stage of growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A & Commercial Strategy, the Finance & Strategy Analyst will work across commercial finance, accounting, cash and company-wide projects, with direct exposure to the CFO and the leadership team.
This role will help the business make better decisions with numbers: retailer and product profitability, business cases for new items, pricing and promotions, month-end close support, cash and working capital reporting, and strategic topics with the CFO such as innovation, S&OP and the annual plan. The mix of work flexes to what the business needs most.
This work will also be done the modern way. Ready® is building a modern finance data platform and uses AI tools every day, so this position will spend the time on analysis, judgment, and recommendations rather than building spreadsheets.
