Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and periodic estimate processes, aligning financial plans with business priorities.
  • Analyze financial performance across revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and headcount, identifying key trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers.
  • Partner with senior leaders across HGS & APS to provide financial guidance and support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, scenario analyses, and investment evaluations for new opportunities, strategic initiatives, and current- and future-state solutions.
  • Lead monthly financial and management reporting, translating results into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner closely with Accounting to support accurate and timely financial close and reporting processes.
  • Evaluate the financial impact and return of key projects, investments, and business initiatives, including capital expenditure requests.
  • Support business leaders in assessing growth opportunities, resource allocation, profitability, productivity, and other strategic trade-offs.
  • Drive improvements to FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, financial systems, tools, and data to strengthen decision support and efficiency.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team, establishing clear expectations while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Lead and support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as business needs evolve.
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline required.
  • 10 + years of progressive corporate finance/FP&A experience, with demonstrated experience supporting complex business organizations.
  • Previous people leadership or management experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial planning, forecasting, modeling, business cases, and executive-level financial analysis.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders on strategic and operational decisions.
  • MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced qualification preferred.
  • Healthcare, healthcare solutions, pharmaceutical, distribution, or similarly complex industry experience preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong FP&A foundation with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to develop robust business cases and scenario models and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial performance to commercial and operational drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and sound financial judgment.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
