Role Description The Senior Retail Lender/Vice President Retail Lending is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the bank’s retail/mortgage lending portfolio and ensuring sound credit practices. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Neffs, PA. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing consumer loan products and driving growth in loan volume while maintaining credit quality. The role involves overseeing loan origination, underwriting, and servicing processes, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

The Senior Retail Lender/Vice President Retail Lending will collaborate with branch leadership to enhance customer experience, support community-focused initiatives, and contribute to the bank’s strategic planning and profitability.

Qualifications

· Strong Finance and Retail lending skills, including knowledge of consumer credit/mortgages and banking regulations. Small business lending is a plus.

· Proven Sales experience with the ability to grow loan portfolios, build customer relationships, and support community outreach.

· Leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring staff, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative culture.

· Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with attention to risk management and credit quality.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior leadership.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

· Previous experience in retail lending, including mortgages and lending regulations, with a minimum of 5 years lending experience is required
