• Provide styling services to clients, including cuts, colors, perms, and fashion-forward styling.
• Build and maintain a clientele; maximize earnings through walk-ins, tips, commissions, or hourly pay as applicable.
• Operate within the Alline Salon Group and Regis Corporation framework and maintain professional standards.
• Engage with ongoing training to elevate skills, both online and in-person.

• Cosmetology license is required.
