Licensed Esthetician

We’re hiring a Licensed Esthetician looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial services delivered in a beautiful environment. Our menu includes the latest advancements in skin care, such as LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

Our estheticians create an outstanding customer experience with their expertise in skin care and product knowledge. We book appointments and provide all supplies, allowing you to focus on clients. Education is a huge focus, offered on an ongoing basis through Education on Demand platforms.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facial, and hair removal services, with over 350 locations. We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals passionate about skin care to work in an exciting environment.

• Achieve Esthetics and Retail Sales Goals outlined by Spa Management.
• Train, monitor, and coach Estheticians and Sales Associates on Esthetics business and sales specifics.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Work 32-36 hours weekly, including weekends.
• Participate in training programs, conferences, and other opportunities for professional growth.
• Assist in planning events.
• Meet monthly with the Spa Manager and/or Owner.
• Meet biweekly with the Esthetics staff.
• Monthly email correspondence to review prior month’s performance highlights and action plan.

• Strong retail and sales upgrade record.
• Experienced Esthetician with previous experience in facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care services.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines related to Estheticians.
• Previous lead experience preferred.

• Competitive base salary plus commissions ($42,000 - $68,000 per year).
