We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and sales-driven Full-Time Front Desk Associate to become the face of our award-winning salon. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping clients take advantage of our money-saving membership programs and premium retail offerings.

Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they walk through the door. Build relationships with clients and help them discover memberships and products that enhance their salon experience while saving them money.

• Answer client questions, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments and manage salon calendars efficiently.
• Support daily salon operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks.
• Help maintain a beautiful, clean, and inviting salon environment.
• Work closely with a talented team to deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.

• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
• Previous salon, spa, beauty, or customer-facing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Confidence in recommending services, memberships, and retail products.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-player mentality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent phone etiquette.
