• Create customized hair experiences through thoughtful consultations, cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and your areas of specialty.
• Build genuine relationships with your guests and create an experience that keeps them excited to come back.
• Take ownership of growing and maintaining a healthy clientele through rebooking, retention, referrals, and consistently great service.
• Educate your guests on professional products, at-home care, and service recommendations that support their hair goals.
• Continue developing your craft through Rooted education, outside education, and hands-on learning opportunities.
• Stay inspired and current with techniques, trends, products, and what's happening within our industry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace and contribute to the overall standards of the salon.
• Show up as a teammate. Support the people around you, communicate openly, and be willing to jump in when needed.
• Take an active role in your own growth by setting goals, tracking your progress, and working toward the next level of your career.

Bring an established clientele or have experience building and retaining one, specialize in services you're passionate about, enjoy creating and sharing your work on social media, or have advanced education in areas like dimensional color, extensions, blonding, curls, or precision cutting.
