Join our team as a Weekend Intake Specialist
! You will handle admissions, clinical intake assessments, and insurance verifications to ensure smooth patient transitions. Work closely with Counseling and Nursing departments to provide top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen potential patients and assess eligibility.
• Verify insurance benefits and secure funding.
• Coordinate admissions and communicate with staff.
• Maintain accurate records for authorizations.
• Serve as a liaison between departments.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) required;
  Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in substance use disorder or mental health treatment is preferred. Familiarity with managed care, level-of-care assessments, and utilization reviews is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills are essential.
