Registered Nurse - Per-Diem

This position is located at Waverly Heights in Gladwyne, PA.

• Managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal care
• Ensuring delivery of quality services and programs to meet resident expectations
• Effectively communicating with families, medical personnel and other team members as needed
• Ensuring required paperwork, records, MDS and reports are accurate and timely
• Following procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, HIPAA and infection control requirements
• Advocating for residents to ensure their needs are communicated and addressed with the care team
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop plans to ensure best possible outcomes
• Performing other duties to support the effective operations of the healthcare department

Our Per-Diem Registered Nurses are required to work a minimum of 3 shifts per month and one holiday per year. Pennsylvania RN license is required. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.

• 6:45 am to 3:15 pm
• 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm
• 10:45 pm to 7:15 am

Salary: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour
