Role Overview
Join for position Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Golden Care Therapy.
Pay range $20.00‑$28.00/hr; part‑time with possible full‑time. $1,000 onboarding bonus. Benefits include tuition assistance, ongoing training, flexible schedule, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities- Provide in‑home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD.
- Implement behavior‑analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease problematic behaviors per treatment plan.
- Collect and submit data on electronic data system.
- Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in special education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred (1 year experience).
- Registered Behavior Technician certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication, data collection, and team collaboration skills.
Annual performance reviews, supportive culture, and career advancement from Lead RBT to full‑time RBT.
