EXPERIENCED CAREGIVER – $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Griswold Home Care for Lehigh Valley is seeking experienced caregivers and home health aides who are confident, compassionate, and committed to handling more complex and demanding client situations. If you’ve cared for individuals with dementia, behavioral challenges, or advanced mobility needs—we want to hear from you.

Pay: $15–$18.00 per hour (based on experience, shift, and case complexity)

Shifts:

Day, midday, evening, overnight, weekend and short shifts available

Flexible availability:
Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem

• Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist clients with behavioral or cognitive challenges, including dementia
• Deliver compassionate companionship and engagement
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure a safe, clean environment
• Act decisively and calmly during unexpected events or emergencies

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience
• Experience with dementia or difficult client behaviors preferred
• Valid driver'slicense & auto insurance (preferred) - or - reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Two professional references
• Authorized to work in the United States
