Familiar Roads Home Healthcare is seeking reliable and compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide in-home personal care and support services to clients in Lopez and the greater Sullivan County area. Join a team that values meaningful relationships, community service, and personalized care.

• Completed Competency Exam or PA‑compliant training program per Department of Health (DOH) standards
• Current CPR Certification
• Recent TB Test & Physical Exam (within the past 12 months) — Quanti
  
  FERON‑TB Gold or equivalent accepted
• Proof of Pennsylvania Residency for the past two (2) years
• Two (2) Valid Professional References
• Clear Criminal Background Check
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
• Neat appearance and practices good personal hygiene

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, sweeping, dishes, etc.)
• Assist with mobility and transfers in the home
• Offer medication reminders (non‑clinical)
• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Flexible scheduling (mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Bi‑Weekly pay
• Paid orientation and continuing education

• Serve UPMC, Keystone First, and PA Health & Wellness clients

$13.00/hr – $16.00/hr (base pay range)
