Job Overview
PCA – Personal Care Aide at Serenity Gardens – Senior Living (Kulpmont, PA).
Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal activities of daily living (showering, bathing, dressing).
- Provide incontinence care, oral care, laundry, and transportation to/from the dining room.
- Support residents in daily living activities and enrich their lives.
- After 90 days, may receive training to become a Certified Med Tech (CMT).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
- Must be flexible to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
- Weekly pay checks.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) for both part‑time and full‑time employees.
- 401(k) plan with company match (for both part‑time and full‑time employees).
- 1st Shift – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Part time)
- 2nd Shift – 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (Part time)
- 3rd Shift – 11:00 pm to 7:30 am (Part time)
