• Performs assessments, evaluations, and establishes a plan and goals for massage therapy.
• Performs massage therapy treatments as prescribed by the Attending Physician and the Suncrest Hospice team.
• Instructs patients, family and staff in the use of massage therapy.
• Reports on client's response to treatment or any changes in condition.
• Documents services delivered using electronic methods on day of service.
• Attends team conferences upon request.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities, as requested.

• Currently licensed to practice as a massage therapist in the state of PA
• One year of massage therapy experience
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and required vehicle insurance
