Provide personalized, high-quality rehabilitative services and evaluations Track and document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems Foster long-term relationships with residents and empower them to stay engaged in their well-being Guide patients, family members, and facility staff through therapy programs, goals, outcomes, the benefits of rehab and more Uphold a professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor Collaborate with your fellow therapists to maintain a positive, passionate team that works together to make a real difference in the lives of their patients What You'll Bring: A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license in Pennsylvania in good standing A genuine passion for working with the senior population Strong communication and collaboration skills A teamwork driven and positive approach to all interactions
