Independent Physical Therapist – Space Rental Opportunity

D1 Training Bux-Mont is a sports performance and adult training facility working with athletes, active adults, and youth in a high-energy, team-oriented environment. We're seeking an independent Physical Therapist—preferably operating on a cash-based model—to join our community by renting space inside our facility. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated PT looking to grow their private practice while gaining direct access to a steady flow of athletes and clients.

• Treatment space within a brand-new sports performance facility

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in Pennsylvania
• Experience working with athletes and active populations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in cash-based or out-of-network practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven and motivated to build a client base

• This is not a salaried or employed position
• Independent rental/sublease arrangement with monthly or percentage-based rent (to be discussed).
• You keep full control of your practice, brand, and pricing
