What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel is a 40 - bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol
detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Nestled on 5.19 acres of the beautiful Poconos
mountains, this homey yet modern establishment provides the ideal setting for clients to cleanse
themselves of all harmful substances and embark on their journey to sustained recovery. With
round-the-clock supervision and care, our clients' every need is met with dignity and compassion
before it arises. Our dedicated staff include skilled primary therapists and clinicians, nurse
practitioners, addictions counselors and behavioral health technicians - all of whom help to create a
warm, accepting, and non-judgmental atmosphere which fosters openness and healing.
