• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that meet both their visual needs and personal style preferences.
• Accurately measure and fit lenses to ensure proper performance and comfort.
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and insurance coverage.
• Process eyewear orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform eyewear adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs.
• Maintain frame inventory and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

• Previous optical or optician experience preferred; however, training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Flexibility to work at multiple practice locations as required.
