Safety Officer job at White Force Outsourcing Pvt Ltd. India.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national health and safety regulations (including Gujarat Factory Rules and applicable HSE legislation).
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with company and legal standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across the plant premises.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of safety policies, training records, risk assessments, and audit reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for employees and contract workers.
• Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability.
• Liaise with government agencies during inspections and audits.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency response plans and fire drills.
• Promote a culture of safety across all departments.

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety / Occupational Health & Safety (as per Factories Act norms).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging sector.
• Good knowledge of HSE legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigation procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
