Lamb Medical & Aesthetics is a boutique, growing practice that blends personalized primary care, wellness, and aesthetics. We are passionate about delivering exceptional, compassionate care while helping our patients look and feel their best.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, adaptable, and excited to provide medical, wellness, and aesthetic services in a supportive, concierge-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the physician in providing comprehensive primary care to our patient panel
• Lead and grow our Be Well Program
  , focusing on lifestyle medicine, nutrition, fitness, weight management, and preventive health strategies
• Provide wellness-focused care, coaching, and patient education for long-term health outcomes
• Support and expand our aesthetics services (training provided if needed)
• Deliver boutique-level patient experiences with time for personalized attention
• Collaborate with our team to integrate medical, wellness, and aesthetic services

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in [State] with active certification
• Strong background in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Interest or experience in wellness medicine (nutrition, fitness, integrative care, preventive health)
• Interest in medical aesthetics (experience preferred, but training provided)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills
• Commitment to whole-person wellness and building long-term patient relationships
