• Minimum one year of experience working for a Home Care Agency, Nursing Home or in a Healthcare Setting.
• 2-Step TB within the past 12 months (or Chest X-Ray within 5 years)

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in health status
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing
• Light Housekeeping
• Prepare and serve meals
• Medication reminders
