Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist
. In this role, you will be responsible for administering professional massage and body treatments with an emphasis on cleanliness, and excellent customer service beyond the expectations of the guests.

This is a commission‑based position
Key Responsibilities- Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls
- Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the resort
- Provide accurate appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
- We do require that you have a background of 2 years of massage experience.
- 1 year of specialized experience working in a spa or salon, or directly related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training in spa, salon, stylist services is acceptable.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and will be willing to train in the spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings.
