Lifesteps, a local human service agency that has been in business for over 100 years, is hiring compassionate and caring staff to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home setting in the Penn Run, PA area.

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist adult individuals with their daily living skills and home care, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care assistance, medication administration, and goal attainment.

Position Details

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Shift: 2/3 split (3 pm – 11 pm / 11 pm – 7 am)
• Paid training provided; no experience required but experienced home health aides welcomed

Position Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Required ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
