Inpatient only with Critical Care duties and 7 On/7 Off Leading Healthcare Group is recruiting a BC Meds/Peds Hospitalist to join existing staff of 6 physicians for regional hospital. Schedule is 7 ON/7

OFF including some nights 7am 7pmProcedures include vent management, intubation, paracenteses, thoracentesis, central lines, conscience sedation, and RSI. Hospital is part of a large healthcare system of 8 hospitals located throughout Eastern NC. The group offers the infrastructure needed to manage a modern medical practice including processes for billing and collection, group contracting, electronic medical records and other technologies. The hospital is a modern facility with 110 beds and a full service 110 bed acute care facility.

The hospital has a full-time Emergency Medicine Department and Hospitalist program.

Area is close to Rocky Mount and Greenville and is known for its history and beauty. It's a lively, growing community that maintains the relaxed ambiance that is a hallmark of Southern living. From its scenic historic district to unique town common, the region offers residents a taste of Southern charm and hospitality. However, residents also enjoy a wide array of recreational opportunities including golf, water sports, and the arts.
