Be capable of administering medication and performing treatments;
Have knowledge of side effects and adverse reactions of medications;
Observe residents and report all unusual or serious conditions or incidents or any significant changes to the Personal Care LPN;
Provide nutritional needs to the residents through feeding residents, providing between-meal nourishment, fresh drinking water, reporting eating habits of residents to charge nurse, etc;
Set up oxygen tanks as needed.
