We work directly with numerous EMR systems, including EClinical Works, Medent, Turbo

PT,  and Epic. Additionally, we provide expertise in medical record auditing, consulting, credentialing, and practice development.

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Jamison, PA, for a Medical Biller. The Medical Biller will oversee daily tasks, including processing and submitting claims, reviewing denials, coding with accuracy, managing accounts receivable, and following up with insurance companies and patients. Additionally, the role involves understanding Medicare guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and resolving payment discrepancies to support the financial health of medical practices.

Collaboration with team members and clients is essential to ensure efficient operations.

• Strong understanding of Medical Terminology and proficiency in ICD‑10 coding
• Experience with managing and resolving insurance claims and denials
• Knowledge of Medicare and other insurance billing systems and processes
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; experience with platforms such as EClinical Works, Medent, or Epic is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team collaboration
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical billing or coding is preferred
