We are looking for an experienced coordinator to manage a variety of device trials and support Phase II‑IV drug studies.

The Cardiovascular Clinical Research Department will have you perform study oversight, execute protocols, and collaborate with physicians, sponsors, and clinical teams.
Responsibilities- Manage daily site activities for device trials and Phase II‑IV drug studies.
- Execute study procedures per protocol and related documents.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, sound judgment, and comprehensive knowledge of protocol requirements and medical terminology.
- Work under physician investigator guidance and collaborate with clinical team and hospital staff, patients, and sponsors.
- Support senior clinical research staff and Clinical Research Center leadership.

Position DetailsPosition: Clinical Research Coordinator II
Shift: 8 am‑4:30 pm Monday‑Friday with variable coverage; flexibility required to manage study coverage.
Location: Clinical research program focused at Lankenau Medical Center and Bryn Mawr Hospital with potential expansion to Riddle Hospital and Paoli Hospital. Travel between hospitals required.
Employee Status: Regular
Schedule: Full‑time
Pay Range: $50,793.60 – $78,707.20
Job Grade: 108
Experience- 1–3+ years hospital or clinical setting experience, preferably in cardiology, cardiac or vascular surgery.
- Related medical field experience considered.
- Proficiency with Office 365/SharePoint, One Drive, Microsoft Office, and web navigation.
- Experience using complex databases, EHR systems, and web‑based data collection tools such as REDCap.
- Clinical research experience during student or past positions considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
BA/BS required in a science–focused major.
Licensures/CertificationsSuccessful completion of the CITI Program and IATA training required within 3 months of hire; ACRP research certification encouraged.
