Patient Services Specialist- ON SITE

* schedule for a client located in
* Conshohocken,
* * Pennsylvania.

* * This position would take place in an Outpatient office as part of a busy medical practice.
* * Qualifications
* -Must have at least 1+ years working in a medical front desk/general front desk/customer service rep type role
-Must have excellent customer service in person and over the phone
-Must be able to multitask and manage heavy workload
-Must have strong computer skills

* Job Description
* -Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement
-Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions
-Patient Registration
-Insurance authorizations and verifications
-Collect co-pays
-Excellent customer service

* Hours/Schedule
* 40-hour position
- Fully on site
2 shifts open between Monday
- Friday- 7:00am- 4:00pm or 8:00am- 5:00pm
Both shifts will include 2 workdays with a later shift of 10:00am- 7:00pm

* Pay
* $18/hr.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
