About the Role:

As a Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing a range of care services, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to support their health, independence, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Support clients with physical or cognitive disabilities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers

• Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and services provided

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in home care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in home care or a related field preferred

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
