- Dates Needed:
August 10, August 11, August 14 and August 21 - PA Licensed
- The clinic hours for this location are Monday-Friday 5:30am-2pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The hours are flexible if arriving at 5:30 is a challenge.
- Outpatient Setting
- Some of the surveillance that are done onsite consists of hearing tests, vision screens, urine drug screens for pre-employment and DOT.
- Physical exams, PITs, and Return to Work clearances.
- Treat work related injuries/illness as well as personal medical.
$90/hour includes malpractice and weekly pay!
