Penn Medicine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy to patients in their homes, assessing abilities and restoring function while alleviating pain. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized therapy plans aimed at maintaining or improving physical functioning.
Minimum requirements include PA licensure, CAPTE-accredited degree, BLS/CPR, a valid driver's license and car insurance.
