Join One Call! At One Call, we help injured workers across the U.S. get the medical care they need. As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the connection between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance adjusters, ensuring appointments are scheduled quickly and every case moves forward smoothly.

• Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for injured workers.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance adjusters.
• Follow up on appointments and resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate case documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Handle multiple cases while meeting quality and productivity goals.

• Advanced/Fluent English (Required) - written and spoken.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in:
  • Customer Service
  • Call Center
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Healthcare Coordination
  • Or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, workers’ compensation, or medical scheduling.
• Experience using CRM or case management systems.
