Starting Pay: $13.73 - $20.75/hour;
Depending on community, experience, program, and shift.

The Person al Care Aide (PCA) assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and toileting, to ensure good hygiene, grooming and self-esteem, serves meals or monitors eating/drinking, accompanies residents to various activities, assists with admission, discharges and transfers of residents to promote continuity of care.

Requirements for the Personal Care Aide (PCA):

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED or provide documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire.
• Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.
