We are seeking a seasoned, dependable Live-In Caregiver & House Manager to join our dedicated team in Montgomery County. If you take pride in creating a warm, organized, and safe environment while delivering top-tier personalized care, this position offers the ideal blend of autonomy, professional respect, and support.

As a Live-In Caregiver and House Manager, you will oversee day-to-day care and maintain a peaceful home environment for our client:

• Personalized Care:
  Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Health & Medication Management:
  Administer timely medication reminders and monitor general health and well-being.

• House Management:
  Maintain an organized, clean, and safe living space through light housekeeping, laundry management, and meal planning/preparation.

• Companionship & Engagement:
  Build a meaningful relationship through conversation, engaging activities, and emotional support.

• Clinical
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Maintain accurate daily care logs and communicate proactively with our 24/7 clinical management team and client family members.

• Active
  
  Hours:
  
  6:00 AM – 10:00 PM

• Overnight Relief: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Dedicated relief caregiver provided overnight)

• Flexibility:
  Additional relief coverage and shift flexibility available to support candidate scheduling needs.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of professional live-in or senior caregiving experience (House Management or Private Duty experience strongly preferred).

• Skills:
  
  Strong organizational skills, self-direction, and a warm, compassionate demeanor.

• Reliability:
  Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.

• Certifications:
  
  CNA or HHA certification is a plus (but proven hands-on experience is valued).
