Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support residents in skilled nursing settings, helping them build safer, more independent daily living skills. You will evaluate functional needs and deliver evidence-based interventions while documenting progress.
You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate residents and families, and assist with discharge planning and continuity of care to ensure seamless transitions.
