Occupational Therapist; OT

Location:
Wellsboro, PA
Schedule: 10–19 hours per week

Premier Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Wellsboro, PA!

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and monitor progress.
• Establish functional goals and modify treatment as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

• Paid Time Off (PTO) available to employees in Part-Time Plus status (working 20+ hours per week)
