! As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning, developing, and implementing engaging activities programs. • Assist in the planning, development, organization, and implementation of activities programs under the supervision of the Activity Director

• Create a weekly activity calendar for residents of different functioning levels

• Escort residents on field trips, as needed

• Maintain accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately

• Provide exceptional care and support to residents in a calm and patient manner

• Previous experience in a geriatric role preferred

• Flexibility and willingness to jump in and help where needed

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
