About the role We’re seeking a reliable, trustworthy Caregiver/PCA to support a very sweet, genuine woman in her home. The ideal caregiver is compassionate, respectful, and consistent—someone who shows up and follows through.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, safe transfers
- Light housekeeping (tidy common areas, dishes, laundry as needed)
- Basic cooking/meal prep and hydration support
- Medication reminders (no med administration)
- Companionship: conversation, short walks, engagement in daily routines
- Transportation/errands as needed; follow the care plan and update the office
Must-haves
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal car (active auto insurance)
- Proven reliability (on time, communicates, honors schedule)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.; able to pass background checks
- Respect for privacy and professional boundaries
