DSP Community-Based at Fairless Hills

Location: Fairless Hills, PA 19030

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Hours: 25 hours per week

Pay: Weekly via Direct Deposit

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one community-based support to an individual in Fairless Hills, PA
.

In this role, you will assist the client with daily living activities while promoting independence, community engagement, and overall well‑being. A significant part of this position involves safely transporting the client to appointments, activities, and other community locations
, so a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.

• Provide companionship and community‑based support.
• Assist with daily living activities based on the client's individual needs.
• Safely transport the client to appointments, errands, recreational activities, and other community destinations.
• Encourage independence, social interaction, and community participation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Ensure the client's safety, dignity, and well‑being at all times.

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (Required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to safely transport a client in your personal vehicle
• Previous experience as a DSP, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or in a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient
• Ability to pass all required pre‑employment screenings

• $17.00 per hour
